the F300BET indicates its a non US market engine and your best bet is dealing with folks that are versed in NON US market stuff.
myself I cant help much as my knowledge of NON US market stuff is very limited.

Look again. It is a 6CE X model. The X is for the shaft length. The same as for any other 6CE model (Offshore) that is sold here in the USA.

The letter D denotes the factory where it was made.

I don't profess to understand the Yamaha method to the madness.

Try buying just a 4.2l short block.
