I have very often wondered if the IAC from a mitsubishi eclipse 2.4 liter (i think) vintage 2001 is the exact same IAC valve. Sure looks identical, even down to the pintle valve. Seems a lot of motor electrical components are mitsubishi built components for all sorts of cars and boats. Amazon knock off version is 38 bucks. Also the IAC in a F115 is the same one thats in a F225, but not the same as a F150. Can you tell I recently researched all this chasing an unplugged IAT valve...duhhh? Now everyone has to make their own decision about genuine yamaha brand and aftermarket version, that's a whole different discussion.
