94 25hp convert to tiller

Hi All,
I just bought 25hp model C25ELRS. Right now its set up for remote. The the boat i want to put it on is better set up for a tiller. Do you guys know if ther is a complete kit or what parts i need to convert it over? I would like to be keep the electric start. Looks like the tiller has a button for that?

buy a blown motor.
I don't think that kit has been avalible in a long time.
I do know where a late 80's 25 manual tiller is that's locked up.

Oh that would be good. Think the owner would sell the parts to me? I was looking on marineengine.com thought this might work.
