Tilt/Trim Cap Removed - What's Next?

I removed the cylinder cap from the tilt/trim assembly with a pin wrench. What's next? Should the trim cylinder assembly come out or is there more disassembly required? It seems to be stuck and I do not want to force it. This is the tilt/trim unit off of a Yamaha 2006 F90TXR.

put fluid in the pump and turn the pump to use hydraulics and push it out.

watch out for the 6 balls. don't lose them.
you will then need two more special tools to disassemble the tilt ram.
