carb prob by 1 hung low

Townsend: I got the 16mm float height from the manual. I didn't see anything about the drop measurement in there... I will check again though... I will check and see if the float is cracked and taking in fuel. Gonna disassemble all 3 carbs, clean with carb cleaner and give them an ultrasonic bath. Thank to all for the help.
