05 F225 Steering Yoke Installation

Hello,

On a 2005 F225TXRD, how do you install a new splined steering yoke on to a new steering shaft? Is this to be pressed in with some pressure or should it go in by hand? Do i need to make some sort of puller?

Most just slide on tight, but some get stuck with age.

?
If yes, so some persuasion required.
