What's this knocking noise when I trim up and down?

Hi guys,
I have a Yamaha 85HP and it's making this knocking noise when I trim up and down (Link attached)
Wondering if anyone knows what it could be?

Hi Branchy. I generally don't click links in posts from someone that is relatively new - generally I think it's just a bad idea.

Where is the knocking noise coming from? Can you describe the noise and better? Does the engine vibrate? Does it make a sound if you raise/lower the drive manually?

there are handful of plastic bushings in tilt/trim mechanism. some of them may be worn.
