Need help reconnecting two black wires bolted on the block.

I have a 2006 YAMAHA Outboard T50TLR. When removing it from the boat, the harness snapped and pulled out two black wires. they are both still connected to the bolt but the other end was pulled out and I cant find where they go. I've attached pictures and highlighted in red the two black wires I need help with reconnecting. Please let me know if anyone knows where they go. Thanks

Are those the only two wires that go to that block fitting?

Are those bullet connectors that I see at the end of both wires?
