can i bench test iac for 2014 f115xb?

first post. first cold start of morning, wont stay idle, just start and die. open throttle a tad and will run /idle after 20 sec. no problem rest of day, starting/running. suspect iac valve. pulled it, ck ohms 35ohms ea coil
touched power and ground quickly several times, no movement either way
has power at connecter harness. can i confirm failed iac with bench test?

I have no idea about bench testing them,
but from what I have read most people listen for the rattle when shutting off the motor indicating the IAC valve is funtioning properly as it resets to 100% for the next start up.

oh and I have read that if you do not catch it in time a bad IAC can burn out the ECU circuit feeding that IAC

i have seen the same info but pictures in those posts show a different iac valve. this one makes no sound, dont know if it ever did

could be it is froze up and cannot move

i dont have the YDS software and that is not an isc for f115

find someone with a motor that has that same valve, and see if it makes noise when shutting it down after running

Seems if it's plugged in to a working harness (powers up , has ground, etc), and you have it where you can see it move or not,
(and hear it) and it does not move, it's bad.
