break in question 2003 F115

2003 Yamaha F115 four stroke

I bought it new in 2003.
had to put a new cylinder head on it. It’s a fully assembled and compete head.
question is:
im summing I’ll need to perform the break in period due to new flat tappet twin cams.
do i need special break in oil for the break in period.
on my classics I had to use a high zinc break in oil due to flat tapper cam?

I got a lot of Yamaha tech support and they verified that no specific high zinc break in oil is required to break in a new engine or one with a new cylinder head and flat tappet camshafts.

I always thought the break-in was mainly for the piston rings and cylinder walls.
