Something is definitely wrong, but I think I'll just wrap this one up. Thank you guys for all the replies, and although I just recently subscribed, this forum has been a great source of information to me.
Maybe you've got a slightly larger diameter collar meant for a larger motor/ driveshaft?... Heck, it's gotta be something fairly simple like that....double check the part numbers?....
