My 2017 F25LMHC may have been tipped on the wrong side.
We usually carry the motor into the basement, but I'm injured right now, and someone else was going to help my Dad. He ended up doing it alone when I was away, and cushioned the stairs to the basement with moving blankets to carefully get it down. Problem is he was unaware Yamaha recommends only laying it down in certain positions and doesn't remember which side.
The manual shows the outboard laying on the tiller side, and also the back side(propeller side down).
I watched a video where the guy said oil could get in the cylinders, so take the spark plugs off and if spark plugs oily, blow it out the cylinders by pulling the pullstart.
Anything else I should be concerned about?
Thanks
