I also ran the active test and rpms went to around 1500 and at first the engine surged up and down like it wanted to stall. Run test 2 more times and it appeared to ramp up and down ok.

carefully monitor the 5V ref on the TPS.
carefully monitor the voltage between the fuel pump red wire and ground.
all the other numbers look good but each frame shows a different TPS voltage.

The tps voltage steady 5 volts when engine vibration down to 4.997 volts.

The voltage to high pressure pump 12.9 key on. Then after start rises to 13.8 to 14 then started to begin to stall.

I used the ground in the engine block where all the control harness wires bolt to block.

What is the fuel rail pressure at the time of stalling ??

It fluctuates with the Rpm. After stall it is around 38.

Did you try spraying some starting fluid in the intake at time of stalling?Any changes ? Stalling better??

I sprayed some starting fluid and it had no effect. There was no rpm change and same symptoms occurred.

                  Thanks,

Ok I started all over again. I removed the vst tank and found the pump screen has swollen up and deteriorated and basically fell apart. I will order a replacement. But I am wondering why this happened. It was replaced around a year ago. Did the mechanic use a non oem? I have attached pictures of an old one that was replaced next to the one I just removed.

Makes you wounder what you have been putting in your tank don't it
I would not think proper fuel should do that

Same gas from station I have always used for boat and personal vehicles. The only or thing added to fuel has been sea foam.

Don't think the pump was made in America. The rubber used was not designed for alcohol (ethynol).Probably China where they dont use alcohol in their gas.Better clean the rail and injectors as well. Injectors must be plugged up too.

Dean where abouts are you located?

And do you know if that replacement filter was genuine OEM ( probably not looking at the other) ?

Do not know where filter came from. I live in Nevada. Where would you recommend to send injectors to for service?

                              Thanks,

you need to ask the ones that replaced it where the part came from

Florida is the place I had read from some to send injectors, but I am sure there are others closed to you probably
