Hello I have a 95 70hp. It has been sitting for a few years I started it up with premix fuel and it was a little hard to start. But I removed the three oil lines. The top had no oil in the line. I crank the motor and set the oil put to WOT but still no oil. Is there a troubleshooting guide? It was dark and I could not continue to troubleshoot.
