today I noticed the narrow vent hose off the oil tank disconnected and hanging

Looked quite some time and don't see where the nippled end connects too ?
Cover that covers the carbs on lower part has two narrow plastic nipples protruding ,
there are 2 other small hoses connected ? ,.
there is a small amount of oil in base of motor that leaks out when engine is tilted all way up , could this vent hose be cause or can it be capped ?
Possibly right in front of my face , just don't see it
