Problems with this website

I can attach photos anymore. Can't use colored font, smilies don't attach, no bold or italicized fonts.

Is it me or is the problem with the hoster?

Interesting its working fine on Google Chrome for me- maybe its a version issue. I'm using Version 46.0.2490.80 m

I checked for chrome updates and it says I am running the latest version.

Strange. It worked several days ago but now nada, zip, nothing.

Guess when I want to post a photo I will have to shift to IE.

What version of Windoz are you running?

I'm running Win7 Pro and this in being sent via Chrome,
Version 41.0.2272.118 m. A little behind in updating since I don't use Chrome.

Windows 7. Tried 8. Sent it back. Ugh. From what I have heard I don't think I want Windows 10. I keep getting a notice to update.
