help with a 90 horse 3 cylinder 2 stroke 97

Hello ive been trying to get this engine going
replaced
coil packs
plugs
cdi
cleaned carbs
fuel filter

the second cylinder doesn't fire and when the engine is under load it doesn't have much power and burns gas it seems to be something electrical
any help would be a appreciated

have you checked the CPS input to the CDI?
that's what what makes cyl 2 spark.

The cps was cleaned and it was getting some power on the tester
But I should probably just switch it out completely?!!

If it does not meet the spec in manual and/or you have not tested it properly I would do that 1st.

I have no idea what getting some power means
