Is it possible that I could use a different part number? I cant find these (6H1-43821-00-00) anywhere. There seams to be heaps of others with almost identical part numbers but like one digit difference

i.e. 6H1-43821-11-00

6H1-43821-00-00 is the one I need. Does anyone know if I can use another? Or perhaps somewhere is can get one. Everywhere is out of stock and I have scoured the internet.

This is an example of a 6H1-43821-11-00. Not sure what the difference is than the 6H1-43821-00-00
