Yamaha tiller fitting kit

I ordered my tiller handle and fitted kit for my F40LA. I caint seem to find anywhere what parts are included in the fitted in kit. The motor is on a G3 boat now and I want to go ahead and get things discounts and off the boat but I don't know if I need any of the parts that is connected now like ex tilt wiring connection, battery connection, and computer connection. I was hoping I could just discount all of this and leave it on the boat and that the fitting kit would include new. Plus that a lot of wiring to discount. Has anyone ever brought one of these conversion kits or know what I need and what is included.

As far as wiring the tiller handle connects to engine with same 10 pin connector as remote control does and power trim wires are in the 10 pin harness.
