what are these connectors? 2005 F225

I've always been impressed by the many "extra" capped electrical connectors scattered around under the cowling -
eventually I've learned that they have a potential use!
Command Link, optional water pressure, optional speed, trim, Aux charge, YDS, winky blinky.

So I'm down now to two mysteries. One white, one blue.

They are coming out of a tape wrapped bundle at the front.

Can't find them - or even a hint to what they are - in the service manual / wiring diagram.

Can someone tell me what these are intended for?

Blue connector is for the water in fuel filter sensor/switch.

White is not used.

best I recall the D model was wired for water detect but did not have it,capped blue connector, and the white was for command link.
for about 160 bucks you can add water detect.
