    Should you have to go "deeper" to clean passages, your really just pulling the heads.

    We had the same issue on my neighbors 2 stroke 200. The cylinder passages (especially the lower end-by the temp sensors) and the passages in the head were clogged up. The block, close to 90% was solid salt mostly towards the bottom cylinders. I don't know how it ran so well as it was....

    A bunch of manual picking out and cleaning, no broken bolts, and re-assembled, ran like a scalded ape. WOT, NO issues...

    BTW, he wasn't real big on flushing, once in a great while and we didn't know if the previous owner did much maintenance (didn't appear to).
