1998 v4 115hp

The engine runs on 3 cylinders. We have rebuild the carbs and after that it runs ok. Now out of the blue it runs max 4800 rps. 1 cylinder are getting too much gasoline (I think). We have replaced the sparks and the bombine, but after this the engine is still running on 3 cylinders. We did a compression test, and all 4 cylinders are 125 psi.

Does anyone have an idea what is wrong?

Is the cylinder that is getting too much fuel one that fuel pump pulse is tied to?
If so check to see if pump is leaking fuel into crankcase
