1998 s115 TXRW Fuel line, Cowl Latch

Looking for the part # of the ethanol safe fuel line with bulb, from remote filter to engine.
Also my cowling has cable operated latches and one of the cables doesn't seem to go anywhere. Is there a missing part or or did something break?
