ISO 1995 90HP lower unit HELP

Where the heck do I find a 1995 90hp yamaha lower unit. I have that dreaded crack from the prop forward and just want to replace the whole thing. Does anyone have a used one? Where can I get a new one without paying an arm and a leg?
