Yamaha F225 water thru Exhaust Housing

Hello,

This picture is of my F225TXR (date: 05/06). It may not be too clear but this is a shot i took of my borescope looking up the exhaust when i removed the lower unit. I ran water up the pickup tube with a garden hose and i see water coming out ONLY from that square hole i circled in yellow. Is that normal? That hole is towards the back of the engine and about where the exhaust housing connects to the oil pan more or less.

Theses year/models are notorious for the mid section to corrode and eventually leak. It will only get worse. They make a repair kit for these but they are not cheap and rather labor intensive.
