I posted last week about getting water in my portable tank. Fixed the issue. Engine has been running great. Except at WOT. It will sputter. When I back it down only 200-300 RPMs the sputter stops. My assumption is there is still a little bit of water in the carbs, but where? The bowls have been drained a few times. It must be that a specific part is holding the water that effects the carbs only at WOT? If so, which one? Thanks!!
