Interesting. Boats.net includes it in their listing of Yamaha service manuals. Yamaha shows the document as still being available.

Probably the person I chatted to said no digital version.

Thanks to all people replied to me questions, I bought an E-version manual and find out all the questions. Obviously my friend and I did something wrong, but follow the manual I can easily to make corrections. Here is a nice place to learn new things.
