Yamaha 200 ox66 power problems

Hello everyone, I’m new to this forum.

I have a Yamaha 200 ox66 (sx200txrz).

the motor has a LOT of Trouble getting the boat on plane. If I’m going against the waves, it won’t plane. Prop is not too big. I can only do about 3/4 throttle otherwise it bogs down. Idle is a little rough. It had some water in the fuel and I’ve done the following
I have:
-cleaned, adjusted and changed all seals on the injectors.
-cleaned vst tank
-replaced vst filter
-replaced Low pressure fuel pumps
-replaced element filter next to motor
-motor is running on 5gal tank with known rec fuel. (To eliminate bad gas)

the problem is still going on.. doesn’t seem to be fuel related. Any ideas ?

Bogging down is typically fuel related.

What is the fuel pressure doing when it starts to bog down?

What happens when it starts to big down if gasoline is misted into the air intake system?

yep, need to know if the rail pressure is staying in spec and if the timing is advancing
