2004 Yamaha 200 2stroke tilt problem

For some reason my tilt/trim just stopped working. Nothing I have tried will make it move. I checked fluid it's fine. Any suggestions on where to begin to trace down problem? Also anyone have a diagram and parts list associated with this? thanks

What is the complete model identity? There were several types of 200 HP motors offered in 2004.

Is the problem that the electric trim motor runs but the system does not move or that the motor does not run when you press either trim and tilt switch?
