F350 Blown starting 15 amp fuse continues to blow on both Motors

My Twin F350 wont start , both motors are cranking and no ignition , I checked fuse box and the starting 15 amp fuse is blown
on both engines. I checked battery cables for cross over no problems there.
I put new fuses in both engines and they continue to blow

What model F350? If you are not in the US what is the complete identity of the motors?

Properly installed battery cables are upstream from the fuses. They won't cause a fuse blow.

Extremely rare to have two motors act up in the same manner at the same time.

What do you mean by "starting 15 amp fuse"? A 15 amp fuse is not used as part of the starting circuit.
