Any feedback on the Yamalube Ring Free Plus Fuel Additive? Always looking to keep the engines happy and do as much preventative stuff as possible and was wondering what experience anyone might have with this product and whether it or something else is worth it.

I’ve used it in my 1999 C 90 Yamaha since I bought it new….never an issue. I have always used 10% ethanol gasoline with no problems. I use a fuel water separator all the time and drain my carbs a couple of times per year to be sure no water or debris in float chambers….

It's certainly not "bad" to use it - but you didn't mention what kind of engines you have. Depending on that, it becomes more or less of a "recommended" thing. A fuel stabilizer (Startron, for example) is also highly recommended.

I run it in EVERY gas powered machine I own or work on/repair...

        IME, highly recommended.

Ringfree was developed and is produced by Oronite Additives Division of Chevron…..these folks also make Techron….they pretty well wrote the book on all types of fuel and lubricant additives. Google them up and read up about their history in this field….

I use Yamaha Ring Free in my Yamaha F90. In addition I run it in another boat with a Mariner 150hp (2 stroke) and a Merc 9.9 (4 stroke) kicker both feeding from the main fuel tank through a water/fuel separator..I only use ethanol free fuel in both boats. I really like the ring free. All three engines are of different years the F90 is a 2019, the Mariner 150 is a 1997 and the Merc Pro Kicker 9.9 is a 2020. All three engines run great.
