Water In Fuel System

Yamaha service manual comes in handy if you own a motor of your size and vintage which I do not, but do have one for mine

I have both owners and service manuals. Neither one goes into detail on how to fine tune mix/speed.

Are you using a Yamaha service manual?

If so, what is the document number? I looked at a 1993 SM and it clearly provides the idle RPM and idle mixture screw setting.

My manual shows the idle RPM specification to be 750 RPM plus or minus 50 RPM's.
