I have a 2001 Yamaha 115 tlrz that appears to not be getting fire to the left side of the motor, any ideas where to start

Is it really a two stroke 115TLRZ or is it perhaps a four stroke F115TLRZ? -
Quick update, it is a 2 stroke and it appeared to not have fire, we did a compression test, had 125-130 on all 4 cylinders, did a spark test and it had fire, found a large brass screw missing from the top carb, reinstalled that screw and it ran much better, water test nextComment
