Two Questions

My marina is having trouble with there water system and it will be a few days before they get the frsh water turned on. Is it ok not to flush the engine out with fresh water for a few days?

The other Question is How do you guys like Castrol Syntec? I just changed my oil and used it.Also the owners manuel says there is no schecduled oil filter change for 200hrs?? its a 2005 4 stroke 50hp...Anyway I just changed the oil after reading that.

Not much you can do if you dont have fresh water.
When you do get water make sure you run her for a long time so she gets to operating temperature. This way you will melt the salt inside the water jackets.

I would change the oil filter everytime i change the oil .
