I recently replaced my 1991 115 with a 2015 115 4 stroke can I use the old tach with the trim /tilt meter & cables with the new motor ? if not is there a adapter cable I can buy ? if so what is the number .

nope, it wont work correctly,ever.
only thing that will work would be the RPM reading.
other than that nothing else would work.
