Tachometer instruction

Hi,I have just purchased a 1998 saltwater series 130 ...Its running great ... I am hoping you can advise me what the symbols on the bottom of the tachometer mean ... please see attched pic of the tachometer ... the green icon is the main one that I would like to know about ... thanks
