2002 F115 water leak

I have a 2002 F115 that has developed a slow cooling water leak at the exhaust cover. Corrosion has developed between the round hose fitting and the outer exhaust cover. Can this fitting be resealed or replaced? I’m hoping I don’t have to replace the entire cover. Any help would be appreciated.

the cover is cheaper to replace than the block, just be glad it is on a smaller piece that can be replaced
