The boat takes a long time to get on plane and max rpm seems to be 2800 on tach. Will run at 2800 for about 2 minutes then shut off. Start right back and won't go over 1100 rpm. I have cleaned all 3 carbs 3 times rebuilt the lower carb due to bad needle and seat replaced fuel lines, both filters (engine mounted and transom mounted) and fuel pump. Pumping primer bulb has no change when it starts acting up.
Will these engines reduce rpm if battery voltage is low. Just noticed voltage gauge is always under 13 volts.
