She's a pissin' guys! It was 100% the impeller housing that was the problem. I replaced everything...impeller, housing, gasket, etc. Cranked her up and not a second later water was pissing out TT. So pumped. Thanks again for all of support!

Great job Jason, much easier than pulling a head..

Keep in mind, most folks (not all) at West Marine are sales people, not mechanics.

There's some VERY and professional mechanics' on this site. Don't be afraid to use the knowledge that's here.
