I have a 99 200Hp Saltwater series where I want to replace the main oil tank that is in my bilge area. Do I have to do anything special after making all the connections as far as oil pressure goes?

Put oil in gas tank, 50:1 mix ratio to make engine is getting oil until you are sure oil injection is working properly after working on it. The oil is easy to replace just be carefull of oil lines on back of tank it is easy to pinch them when installing tank back into mounting bracket and fill new tank at least 3/4 full in order to prime elect oil pump in back of tank.
