Emailing is somewhat like communicating here on the boats.net forum. No tone. Too much information or not enough information. So much easier and more effective IMO to talk directly to another humanoid.

I guess Yamaha US could be like so many others where the only way to get in contact with them is to send an email. An email which is never answered.

Keep in mind Yamaha USA is just a distributor of motors. They don't make them.

On the contrary, that is a GREAT thing that they still are taking calls... and that Boscoe was nice enough to provide it for you... hint, hint. Talking to a real live person is getting harder and harder these days. If it's applicable, you can send what you want after talking to them.
