2005 F90 25" shaft convert to 20"

Hi all. I just got a 2005 F90 TXRD

This is an extra long shaft 25". Is it possible to convert it to a 20" Shaft?
Looking at the motor from the outside and in my repair manual I can see that it has the factory 5" section or spacer. I hope someone here can help answer my questions. Thanks.

Yes, You'll need at least a shorter drive shaft (part #10), remove the extension piece, mid section shift shaft I believe would need replacing for a shorter one...

And the tube for the water pump needs to be different.

Probably cheaper to mount the motor on a five inch jack plate.
