I have a 2002 F115 4stroke Yamaha. It staggers when moving the throttle from idle to fast. I have YDS software and see the ISC is about 30% when warmed up and idling. What should it be? Is that like a choke? Is it 30% open or closed and does that change the fuel to air mixture? Help please.

To my knowledge, the ISC simply controls the idle speed.
It doesn't change F/A ratio's. IDK what the percentage ratio is.
When you shut off the engine, you should hear it "rattling" as it re-sets. If it gets real hot, its likely failing..Scott
