1989 Yahama 115ETLF running problems

1989 115ETLF. Starts idles, backfires through exhaust, appears to run on only 2 cylinders, spark at all 4 plugs, spark at coils.

Are the spark plug wires on the right spark plugs? if so check the flywheel key and make sure it not broken. Get a timing light and check timing.

plug wires seem to be on correctwill check fly wheel key. I am in questionas to coil wire connections trying to find cylinder numbers, coils wires are numbered and little as I know it appears two bottom might be crossed.
