Engine won’t shut down

The four pin connector with but two wires, one white and one blue, are for a Command Link connection. Digital data to an MFD.

I cannot think of any reason those wires and that connector would have anything to do with the motor not shutting down.

The only other explanation I can come up with is one of the wires/connectors is loose. I had the cowling off with the engine running, turned the key off and moved around some of those wires.
As soon as I picked that on up the engine shut down. I’ll keep searching, thank you.
