Yamaha F100 running problem

I have a yamaha 1999 F100 carb. Cylinder No 3 is down. Have cleaned carbs,checked spark and all seems in order. When we remove the plugs they are wet and seems to be getting the fuel as well. Checked compression and all good there. Has anyone any ideas as to where to check next. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Cylinder No 3 is down? what does down mean? Have you placed a timing light on the plug wire while the motor is running to see if it has spark under load?

Go through the carbs again, The F100 carbs are litteraly a pain in the butt, usually takes several trips in the ultra sonic cleaner to get them right, also link and sync is very picky.
