30hp 6j8 carbs

Hi guys, trying to sort out my twin 30s (6j8), opened up the carbs and all the internals were really mangled up. Nothing that a repair kit cannot fix but I cannot for the life of me find the emulsion tubes that need replacing as well as someone cut a notch on the shield. Any idea where I could purchase these and/or any suited replacements? I live in Uganda so sourcing parts locally is impossible (there are no such things as salvage yards here) and all purchase will have to be done online.

Looks to be the equivalent of a US 2001 model 30MSHZ/30ELHZ/30ELRZ.

This is what I'm looking for. On one of the carbs it's good on the other 5 they cut a slit like the red line in the pic. Can't find it in the parts list.

That looks to be what Yamaha calls the main nozzle.
