Yamaha F40FET not starting

Hey guys, kinda stuck here as Im new to working on fuel injected systems so hopefully someone can provide some insight. So F40FET, wont start, if I supply some fuel to the TB it will start without issue, so that would eliminate the kill switch, spark, ignition, air, and fuel for me. Fuel is about 2 months old. I followed the fuel flow by pumping by hand all the way to the VST. Removed the VST and noticed the filter was absolutely disgustingly brown and filled with crap. Replaced the filter, and in fact replaced the fuel pump, still to no avail. She wont start and I dont see fuel getting to the TB (Dry asssss F)

What should I check next? Kinda stuck at this point.
