3 HP 2-Stroke NO SPARK

Picked up a very clean 2001 Yamaha 3 HP 2-Stroke model 3MSHKZ with no spark. Removed the spark plug coil and put it on another single sylinder motor and it produced spark. Therefore, figured the coil is OK. Performed the following resistance checks on the following items and got the following readings:

Charge Coil - 302 ohms

Pulser coil - Blk + Red/white wire -- 36 ohms , Blk +Green/white wire - 345 ohms

These all seem to be in spec. Any way to check the CDI unit?
Also pulled the flywheel and the magnets are clean and strong. Suggestions???

What about testing for output voltages for the charge coil, pulser coil and CDI assembly? Have you done that or not?

Am I suffering from deja vu all over again?
