I just purchased a Yamaha 1998 30 HP manual start , is there an accessory kit available through Yamaha or other vendors to add an electric start system on this model ? any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

back in the day they did make an electric start kit.
I doubt its still avalible.
was nasty expensive back then.
especially if your flywheel does not have a ring gear.
